Where should industrial air conditioning be installed?

You know what? In the scorching summer of factories, many production workshops have strict humidity requirements, which may cause problems during the production process due to the temperature of the workshop. At this time, air conditioning is needed to adjust the temperature and humidity. However, ordinary household air conditioning alone cannot achieve this. Often, factories use industrial air conditioning to achieve cooling and humidity control. Below, Jiangxi industrial cooling air conditioning manufacturers will take you to understand where industrial air conditioning should be installed and installed.

Industrial air conditioning refers to air conditioning equipment that provides environmental temperature, humidity, and cleanliness guarantees for the reliable operation of industrial product production processes or industrial process equipment. The constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units used to ensure the normal operation of electrical control room equipment, high-temperature environment special air conditioning units used in mobile bridge cranes in steelmaking workshops, low-temperature unit air conditioning units used in meat processing workshops, and so on, all belong to industrial air conditioning.

Key points for placing industrial air conditioners:
(1) The material of the air supply duct is generally galvanized sheet metal (commonly known as white iron sheet), but fiberglass, plastic ducts, etc. can also be used;
(2) The air supply outlet is set in the actual place where cooling is needed, and the designed air volume of the outlet is based on the required air supply volume of the place where it needs to be cooled. The specifications of the outlet can be determined according to the air volume and air outlet speed. The material of the air supply outlet can be made of plastic or aluminum alloy products, and the type of air outlet nozzle can be determined according to the actual situation
Adopting various forms, it is recommended to choose environmentally friendly air conditioning nozzles, with an average flow velocity controlled at 3-6m/s at the throat of the air outlet (a flow velocity of 4-5m/s is recommended);
(3) The specifications of the air supply duct are generally designed using the assumed flow rate method, with the main air duct maintained at 8-10m/s, the branch air duct at 6-8m/s, and the end air duct maintained at 4-6m/s;
(4) The overall requirement for the designed air duct is to be both economical and achieve low air resistance and noise, so as to maximize the air supply volume of environmentally friendly, energy-saving and environmentally friendly air conditioners. The bending radius of the air duct is generally not less than twice the diameter of the air duct to reduce the ventilation resistance of the bent pipe;
(5) The length of the air supply duct should be designed according to the different characteristics of the air pressure of different models of environmentally friendly air conditioners;
(6) The designed pipeline should be as straight as possible, avoiding unnecessary bends and branches to reduce local resistance in the pipeline;
(7) From the perspective of layout and economy, wherever air ducts are not needed, they should be avoided. For areas where air ducts must be used, they should be designed to be shorter as much as possible;
(8) Long pipelines are designed into multiple sections of different specifications of air ducts according to the air volume, connected by variable diameter pipes. The number of variable diameter pipes should not be too many, generally not exceeding four in total. The length of the variable diameter pipe is determined by ">2 (D-D)";
(9) The connection between the air supply duct and the air outlet of the environmental air conditioning unit should be sealed properly; Outdoor pipelines that are too long should be designed with insulation, while indoor pipelines generally do not require insulation;
